Muesli used CLASSIC MUESLI
- 2 x ripe frozen bananas
- ¼ raw cashews soaked for at least 2 hours
- 4 medjool dates
- 2 tblsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp mesquite powder
- 1 tsp lacuma powder
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup CLASSIC MUESLI to serve
- shredded coconut and cacao nibs to serve
Blend all ingredients in food processor . Pour smoothie into bowl. Assemble muesli, coconut and nibs on top and serve.
