Muesli used GLUTEN FREE
- 2 x ripe frozen bananas
- ¼ blueberries
- ¼ mango frozen or fresh
- ¼ raw cashews soaked for at least 2 hours
- 1 tsp protein powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2tsp hemp seeds
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup GLUTEN FREE MUESLI
- fresh fruit to serve
Blend all ingredients in food processor . Pour smoothie into bowl. Assemble muesli and fresh fruit on top and serve.
