Muesli used PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA
- Tofu or tempeh
- 1 carrot peeled and julienned
- ¼ cup peas cooked
- 1 small zucchini peeled and julienned
- ½ cup PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA
- ½ avocado sliced
- beetroot houmus or houmus of choice
- 6 snowpeas
- kale leaves
- sesame seeds
Cook tofu/tempeh. We like to pan fry it with coconut oil and tamari sauce (a wheat free soy sauce) . cook until its golden. Remove from pan. Assemble vegetables and PALEO MIX around a bowl or plate. Top with houmus.
