Nourish bowl with tofu/tempeh

Muesli used PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA

  • Tofu or tempeh
  • 1 carrot peeled and julienned
  • ¼ cup peas cooked
  • 1 small zucchini peeled and julienned
  • ½ cup PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • beetroot houmus or houmus of choice
  • 6 snowpeas
  • kale leaves
  • sesame seeds

Cook tofu/tempeh. We like to pan fry it with coconut oil and tamari sauce (a wheat free soy sauce) . cook until its golden. Remove from pan. Assemble vegetables and PALEO MIX around a bowl or plate. Top with houmus.
