Green goddess salad

Muesli used PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA

  • ½ cup broccoli cooked
  • 1 small peeled cucumber sliced length ways
  • ½ cup PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • Tahini
  • 2 lemons
  • salt
  • maple syrup
  • spinach leaves
  • 6 snow peas
  • 8 green beans

Assemble vegetables and PALEO MIX around a bowl or plate. Drizzle with Tahini dressing or on the side.

Tahini Dressing

  • 1/3 cup well-stirred Tahini (Middle Eastern sesame paste)
  • 1/3 cup water.
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice.
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar

Combine all ingredients together and stir well until very well mixed through.
