Muesli used PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA
- ½ cup broccoli cooked
- 1 small peeled cucumber sliced length ways
- ½ cup PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA
- ½ avocado sliced
- Tahini
- 2 lemons
- salt
- maple syrup
- spinach leaves
- 6 snow peas
- 8 green beans
Assemble vegetables and PALEO MIX around a bowl or plate. Drizzle with Tahini dressing or on the side.
Tahini Dressing
- 1/3 cup well-stirred Tahini (Middle Eastern sesame paste)
- 1/3 cup water.
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice.
- 3/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
Combine all ingredients together and stir well until very well mixed through.
