Cacao & coconut granola bars

2 cups BYRON BAY CACAO & COCONUT GRANOLA
250g Pitted dates

1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil – melted

Soak dates for 2 hours in hot water

Drain dates from their liquid. Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until combined . Press into small square tray 20cm thick and refrigerate until hard. Cut into bars and devour
