NOURISH BOWL WITH TOFU/TEMPEH

Muesli used PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA

Tofu or tempeh
1 carrot peeled and julienned
¼ cup peas cooked
1 small zucchini peeled and julienned
½ cup PALEO MIX OR PALEO GRANOLA
½ avocado sliced
beetroot houmus or houmus of choice
6 snowpeas
kale leaves
sesame seeds

Cook tofu/tempeh. We like to pan fry it with coconut oil and tamari sauce (a wheat free soy sauce) . cook until its golden. Remove from pan. Assemble vegetables and PALEO MIX around a bowl or plate. Top with houmus.
