PALEO CACAO PEANUT BUTTER BLISS BALLS

Muesli used PALEO MIX

250g pitted dates soaked in hot water
3 tsp cacao powder
2 cups PALEO MIX
½ cup desiccated coconut plus extra to coat
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup fresh natural peanut butter
¼ cup coconut oil
blend all ingredients in food processor and roll into balls coating
with coconut. Refrigerate to keep.
