COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

Muesli used PALEO GRANOLA

½ cup chia seeds
2 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
½ cup PALEO GRANOLA
fresh berries to serve

Place chia seeds in a bowl. Whisk coconut milk agave nectar vanilla together in a bowl. Pour over chia seeds and stir well. Leave the mixture to stand and thicken to a pudding consistency for at least 20 minutes or cover and refridgerate overnight. When ready place pudding in bowl top with berries and muesli .
