BANANA CACAO POPSICLES

Muesli used COCONUT CRANBERRY APPLE GRANOLA

1 x 400g can coconut milk
2 x ripe bananas
1 cup COCONUT CRANBERRY APPLE GRANOLA
dark sugar free chocolate of choice , melted
2 tsp coconut syrup
2 tsp cacao powder
12 wooden popsicle sticks
popsicle moulds

Blend all ingredients in food processor. pour into popsicle moulds.
Place a wooden stick in the centre of each mould. freeze until ready.
Remove popsicles from the mould and cover with melted chocolate . cover chocolate with granola. Place back in freezer until the chocolate is frozen.

For berry popsicles replace cacao powder with ½ cup mixed berries.
