MUESLI USED – CLASSIC

  • 2 cups BYRON BAY MUESLI ROASTED CLASSIC BLEND
  • 1/2 cup organic shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
    Line 3 baking trays with baking paper.
  2. Place muesli, coconut and milk in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Place tablespoons of mixture, 5cm apart, on prepared trays. Using a small spatula, flatten into 8cm rounds. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until dark golden. Cool on trays.

1. Place chocolate in a metal bowl over a saucepan of water, without the
water touching the bowl. heat the water till boiling and chocolate melts,
stirring constantly.
2. Using a spatula, spread chocolate over base of florentines.
Place, chocolate-side up, on a wire rack.
Set aside until chocolate has set. Serve.
