MUESLI USED – CLASSIC
- 2 cups BYRON BAY MUESLI ROASTED CLASSIC BLEND
- 1/2 cup organic shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
Line 3 baking trays with baking paper.
- Place muesli, coconut and milk in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Place tablespoons of mixture, 5cm apart, on prepared trays. Using a small spatula, flatten into 8cm rounds. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until dark golden. Cool on trays.

water touching the bowl. heat the water till boiling and chocolate melts,
2. Using a spatula, spread chocolate over base of florentines.
Place, chocolate-side up, on a wire rack.
Set aside until chocolate has set. Serve.
